Hi. Anyone know where i can get an option file for the US version with the Napoli team? I hate having to play FIFA 07 to play as Napoli and with no real kit to boot!!! Someone please! and FORZA NAPOLI!!!!!!

Yo can do it in the in-game editor. Pick a club that you would like to change to Napoli, it'll have to be an unlicensed one, and edit the kit and stadium, then go on that team and edit their players. And FORZA NAPOLI, my favourite Italian team! I hope the plan to sign Ronaldinho works!
