If you're on PS3, you hold down the shoot button, then press R2 before you release. If you're on the xbox or PC..... look at the manual or look at the instructions in game.

For xbox it's RT and ps3 R2. Press these after you press square, X (xbox) and before your player shoots.

lol, i didn't ask how to dribble the ball, and in pes i knew everything except that, also i was making the finesse shot but by another way, i was just asking for a more specialized way

The way I described is the way to do it. However, it doesn't always work. Sometimes the player will blast it anyway.... something that irritates me.

As well as the conventional placed shot I also find holding RT before you press the shot button slows your momentum down and allows for more precision and placement, Iv'e scored many goals like this.
