Yes, but you have to unlock that option. I suspect you mean "existing". If not, then all players are exiting at one point or another... :p

After each match you get some gp points. You can use these to unlock certain extra features - for example you have to unlock the feature to be able to play with original line ups in ML and play with existing players in BAL etc.

Alternatively you can download a pes2012 unlocker to get all the points you want. Logically, that's what I would do...
