Player development (Master League)

How often should you field a player for him to develop optimally? I have a bunch of players with great potential on my bench, but they don't really get to play to often. I'm afraid they won't develop to their full potential if I don't play them all the time.

Some of my subs are Baumjohann, John, Mitea, Pienaar, Maldini (at 17), Felipe, Adriano (SB), Komura, Bajna, Rosicky, plus a couple of others I can't recall now.

My starting eleven:
Isaksson, Heitinga, Alex, De Jong, M'Bami, Hleb, Juninho, Kaká, Alan Smith, Robinho and Fernando Torres. I'm playing a 3-4-3 formation, if anyone cares.

The player would have to be played in pretty much every match if you wanted him to develop to his full potential.

I've got a full 11 of young players and I have to rest them every few games so to stop them from burning out. The bench players I've got are of average ability and are either not developing or going through a decline.

I use these players to replace my first 11 every now and then so that my first 11 can recuperate.

So maybe a loan deal would be the best option so they can get some experience while they grow. Or I should reduce my lineup, as I seem to have too many talented players on the bench, and I sort of feel bad for them? Silly, I know.

i have a full team of developers

isaksson, heitinga, adriano (young left back not striker) holla, reto zeigler, toure, j.de guzman, aúgerre, aisaitta, fabregas, routledge, obinna, okaka, ben-hatira and some others i cant recall

isaksson is the oldest at 26 all others are around 17-21

oh yeah im pwn'ing the 1st division (primera) in the ml and its on top player/very hard
