Is there away to change the team colour on the map at the bottom of the screen?

I've imported a lot of strips so Chelsea's kit is blue but on the map they are yellow

I'm on PS4

Im not a PS4 user but is it not available on the pause menu? On screen settings?

Also, try changing the main colour of the strip in edit mode... As in go to Chelsea home, pick home shirt, then the top option. It should be a choice of collar... Change the colour from yellow to blue. Then import your kit over it. It should now be blue on the scanner..
