It is happening again
I've been meaning to bitch about this for a while, so here goes:
The player movement in this game is fucking atrocious, in particular the movement of strikers. This has become more obvious for me, after signing Lukaku in ML. An example - you have the ball with your winger, running down the wing with the intention of putting a cross in. Where does your striker run? Down the fucking wing with you! With a striker like Lukaku, your first instinct should be to get in the middle, in a position to receive a cross from the winger.
I had a moment where I had the ball on the left wing with Felipe Anderson, Lukaku moved to the left side of the box and just hung there. I actually kept the ball with Anderson for a moment, dancing round a few players hoping Lukaku would move into a good position in the middle, but h didn't.
It's not just a trait with Lukaku either, I had the same issue with Kane. Not often enough did he run into the box to receive a cross, it's so frustrating.
Another problem is AI controlled players running directly in front of you when you're dribbling or trying to get a shot away, it's so fucking stupid!
