It seems that for whatever reason there are many players that are unavailable in the ML. If you make players in the created players section, than they are available, but a few players I made (I think I made them by editing existing players in the No Belonging section) do not show up in the ML. Also, I downloaded a patch that moves the French teams into the Leagues B and puts Argentine teams in their place. But none of the players on the Argentine teams are available in the Master League, they show up on the team roster but when you actually click to look on the team they don't exist, and they don't show up in the Show all players section. The only players that are on the team are a couple that were obviously edited from existing PES players or something (ie their ID numbers are in the 1-38,000 range).
I've noticed that in this OF (I'm assuming it's similar in yours), the regular players are 1-38,000, 50,000 and on are young masterleague players that are generated and appear throughout the ML, then there is a break and starting abotu 52,000 something there are the players from the Argentine teams. Then there is a break and from about 60,000 onwards there are the unattached players, who don't have clubs (many play for the national teams). The last section are the guys in the created players section.
So the ones in the 50,000 section my guess is are the players from Leagues B? My guess is that the OF creators made the players from the existing ones in Leagues B, which are unavailable in the ML, and then transferred them to the French league. Is this the truth? Is there any way to make these players available? Is the only way to recreate each player in the Created Players section and then transfer them? And what is the best way to do this? How do I redo all of the faces and stuff? I'll probably just do that for the important teams. Luckily, River and Boca are already done.
Also, why would they do that? Is it easier to make players over the Leagues B players? Why wouldn't they just make them in the created players section so we could have them in the ML? If you're going to make an OF, wouldn't it be common sense to make the players available for the ML?
