Playing ML offline is fun, but against a friend it is crap

I started playing ML and I'm having a blast of a time, scoring lots of goals, playing a good passing game and have most of the possesion.

But recently when I play my friends, the game becomes a speedy obstacle course, as me and my opponent can't connect 5 passes together. Me and my mates play a possesion game with lots of passes in the mid-field, but when playing against eachother, it all changes and all the players seem to run like a headless chicken, and almost all passes go to the rival's feet.

Are you encountering the same problem?

Honestly no, there are phases sometimes when it gets scrappy especially if were crap teams but thats about it .

When playing friends I find you know each others game so well you need to switch your style up more. 15 minute games are better too it gives you more time to play football and can comeback from 2-0 down etc

Is your gamespeed higher ? Im at default.

my game speed is 0, but because I'm playing with a 4:3 screen, it seems faster than a o speed on a 16:9 screen.
