Pretty much what I just said, anyone done it? Any problems I should know about?

I'm off to upgrade the PS2 I've had since launch day this weekend and for some reason don't expect to stop playing Pro anytime soon.

I don't think it's possible to play PES6 online on a PS3.

To anyone who's tried it, feel free to post your results here.

It probably will do yes, you will have to set up your connection, but just choose auto for all options - that's what I did, but it mine is not wireless so dunno? Just try it!

I had the same problem before when trying to play PES6 online on my PS3. First i made sure i had my PS3 updated so PES6 could be played on my PS3. The i rang up my internet providers to open up the port number and register my PS3's IP address to my internet providers.

If u connect to the internet through a router, u need to contact your internet manufacturer (mine is BT) and have the port numbers forwarded to your PS3's IP address. If you connect via a modem, you will need to contact your ISP and ask them to open up UDP Port 5731.

Hope this helps.

You need to open up port 5730 in your Router's Control Panel.

Your ISP cannot do that for you.

If you don't know how to open up ports on a Router, then you might want to dig out your Router's Instruction Manual or google your Router's model number and see what comes up.
