Can someone please tell me why konami is not officially announcing winning eleven's (or p.e.s) release date for playstation 3 ? we know something is being released for ps3 but why not just announce it ! whats the big f@#***g secret ! just announce it !! does anyone have any info on this . not heresay or rumors but real info !

that info is pretty much true to me since there is an exclusivity agreement of football titles for the xbox 360(nex gen consoles) for a year and thats not only for Europe cause we havent gotten a football title for the ps3 here in the U.S. either.

If ya can't afford a ps3 at the moment, get a 360 for half the price or just hope there a ps2 version. It's gonna be the same on both 360 and PS3 as many of the multi formats are, just ports ;) Be better when some real exclusives come out for PS3, but they don't have many right now, even Virtua Fighter 5 and Devil May Cry 4 are gonna be on both systems. 360's got Halo 3 on the way, so it's a good year for gaming coming up. Resident Evil 5 isn't gonna be out till 2008 though :(

the only thing that is wrong with the link is that the game will be NTSC not PAL because its a japanese game, also it would be REALLY helpful if the game had english text - KONAMI U HEAR?

He's talking about the PAL and NTSC TV signals - not the region settings. The TV signals are still the same despite the console being able to play games from any region.

On most PAL TVs, you'll notice a slight buzzing noise coming from your TV when playing NTSC games and NTSC DVDs. This is simply the TV's idea of processing the extra volts from the NTSC signal.

It can be a little annoying, I'll have to admit. But being able to play the game itself should more than make up for that annoying noise.
