Also try using ManU's default or Chelsea's default. Similar to the one I posted but you'll have wingers instead for more width, which suits your roster.

Even better suited for a ManU/Chelsea formation. You have a nice rotation of wingers and Van der Vaart can deputise for Rooney. Don't think that Rooney is not effective as AMF. I don't play master league so I'm stuck with Rooney's default stats in league mode and I play him as AMF on the default position most of the time, once in a blue moon as a winger or SS or lone striker. He is a beast as AMF, notching at least 14 goals and 10 assists per season on 6* when playing so deep. I can imagine how many goals I would score with him if I developed him in ML.

Rooney is a beast

Unfortunately he does not seem to score as many goals i hoped he did.

Probably is because im not that good at shooting.
Playing for years still haven't got the hand of it
