Please help me to update PES 2017!

I haven't been here for a while but I know it always was the best site for PES info.
I have just installed PES 2017 for my PC and I would like to update it with the DLC packs and install the PTE patches. I have tried googling it and I'm just getting lost with what I have to install first and what programs to use. I've been playing the Xbox 360 version the last few years and I've had no issues.
Could anyone please help a veteran out and either put the info here or PM me if it's against the rules?

Hi, I just came back to PC pes too. I have managed to update my game to dlc 1.04. It was a headache.

Unfortunately after updating the match would not start, after entrance scene I had infinite loading screen.

I then followed this tutorial to get it back to working - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AY_i_-mQ5JA

I haven't tried installing a custom patch yet, abit hesitant as only got the game to work well now, but maybe someone can guide us both how to. I'm looking for a classic teams patch.

Also, when I try mess about with settings using nvidianspector as I used to in previous pes games the game won't start. So I wouldn't bother with this if you were intending to.
