Possible for human players to play as computer teams?

Hi All,

I was wondering if anybody could help me with the following. In PES 2011 custom cup tournaments, is it possible for human players to play as computer teams? For example; my friend and I create a custom international cup, the format is the same as the FIFA world cup i.e.. 8 groups of 4 teams followed by a knockout. We choose 2 human teams, I choose Turkey and my friend chooses Ukraine, we are in separate groups. Turkey are set to play Argentina in the first Group match, can my friend take control of Argentina for this game? This was a feature that was present in all PS2 versions of the game but it appears to have been removed from the PS3 and XBOX360 versions.

Any help on this would be much appreciated

Unfortunately, this is not possible. For some reasons we are not allowed to play the computer teams, which makes playing whole tournaments with friends boring. No one wants to play against the computer when you have friends over.

Konami please fix this.

i already complained about that on the feedback zone. i really cannot undestand why choosing sides is not possible like it used to be and still is in other games like fifa and nba 2k.

Also the other way around is not possible. I started Eredivisie with 6 teams but when i play against my chosen teams you cannot set it from player to cpu!? On ps2 you could change it to any way from cpu to player and vice versa. What a shame Konami or am i missing something?!

Konami are really missing a trick here.

Me and my mates played a world cup almost every weekend during the summer on the fifa world cup game where we took turns at being the computer teams.

We've started a premiership on fifa 11 now where we are doing the same.

I still prefer pro evo 11 though so haven't bothered buying the fifa games for myself! Online master league is the way forward!

I have to correct myself aftwr my previous post here about not being abke to set human player to cpu.

Because it's possible by the settings in strategy go to ' coachmodus' and set to 'on'. This way you can play against human team but will play as cpu now. If you look further you can also set auto subs on.

Im happy with this, lucky found in time! Was allready planning to give up on extra teams in League and Cups.
