Hey guys, I saw the chart about how different form arrows affect player ratings so I decided to make an excel spreadsheet to automatically change player ratings based on their 'form'. It ended up much more complicated than I imagined and I'm sure there are errors and problems, but I thought I'd post what I have after a half-day's work (still a work-in-progress).

Here's the idea: on the lineup sheet, you fill in your roster with player names/positions (which automatically update to the other sheets, although it is set up for my formation of 4-5-1 so you may have to do some shuffling to save time if you have more strikers). Anyway, from there you have to enter in all the ratings for your players on the next three sheets under the 'NORMAL' columns. Then, on the lineup sheet, click on the circles to indicate the form of each player. Assuming you have entered everything in, that should automatically update each 'W/ FORM' column to show you the new player ratings after taking form into account. Some ratings are made bigger to indicate what I feel to be most important for that position, although I may make more detailed changes to that later.
This is all based on the chart values (found in the multipliers sheet) from here and PESfan. Even if you don't want to waste the time putting names/ratings in there, it may be helpful to take a look at how my ML team looks to get an idea of how form really changes the player ratings. Things can change quite significantly, as you can see from the file.
Sorry if this is old news or has been done before, I looked but didn't find anything similar. I'm kinda new to WE, just picked up WE9 here in the states after having WE8 and getting caught up in the World Cup. What a great game!
Lastly, if this is actually something new and useful, please make/suggest edits, ask questions, provide feedback, and point out problems. I'm not the best with Excel (obviously), and if this is useless at least it gave me a chance to play around with Excel a bit and learn random stuff.
Thanks.
Edit: Just to be clear, the goal of this little project was to have a better idea of who to put in the starting lineup each game when you have a few players of similar ability. This at least gives some numbers to look at when deciding.
