I was wondering if the pre-loading of the game is active for some users? For me in Germany it isn't at the moment.

i have uk account on psn. yestreday it was counting to midnight and it said: playable in: 02:00:00 hours at 22:00. today its not even available for preload. i hoped to play on today as i preordered day 1 edition. anybody else have the same issue or its just me?
