A few games now are releasing editors before the game is out. (I think Championship Manager 2009 is.) This way many could release an Option File in time for release. I assume it would be fairly easy to do as it would just save as an 'edit data' file. And the pre-release editor would just be like a demo but only with the edit mode available.
Plus the amount of created teams, players, emblems, logos etc should depend on the size of your hard drive space.
Create-a-league would also be good for fans who want a league of 24 teams (like CC Championship.) Again it would be good to be able to create as many leagues as my Hard Drive would allow.
