Since the whole farce of Licenced Teams in the PES series. The likes of Thierry Henry who play their football for an un-licenced team will now be a Classic Player.
I am a Spurs fan, but I am a huge admirer of the former Arsenal legend.

What Konami should do is implement Licensed Classic Players into their game, therefore you could unlock a 2002 representation of Thierry Henry in his prime via the PES Shop.

The same could be done with many other legendary players,

I mean, why restrict the video game to modern footballers when we have at least a total of 20 very memorable players from past eras?

I think Licensed Classic Players would add some much needed variety to the Messi-CR7 axis that we currently have.

Do you know anything about this year's Winning Eleven title and it's yet again possible superiority to PES? in terms of AI, graphics and updates I mean. Stuff that Konami favors with WE and was a focus point for lots of people in last year's iteration. not to mention the better gameplay experience I myself testify to.

Roberto Carlos is currently playing for Corinthians (Brazil) and I guess they are licensed in the new Libertadores Cup mode. I think Ronaldo (Brazilian) too.

he should still be there in the others section. If not its a waste, its no extra work for them as they can just use the same settings as last year for his apperance. Knock his stats down and add a year to his age, that will prololy take less time than deleting him

I've just seen a clip on YouTube which shows the Corinthians Team... Low and behold, there was Roberto Carlos and Ronaldo - both players are licenced!

I bought Henry for my ML side in the January window. He was 34 and it did occur to me I'd not get much chance to play as him again, so I was very pleased my scout made the deal happen. He's scored a few, two of them headers.

I'm pretty sure henry will still be in the France nat team, i seen a screenshot of himself celebrating a goal, what i feel though is that it wont be for long, after konami releases a squad update, he'll most likely be gone.
