if you guys spot any improvements or bad points from the game, all post it in here...

for one thing i think scoring goals is alot harder than previous pro evo's, all shots seem 2 go straight at the goalkeeper or the goalkeeper makes breath taking saves 9/10 timez....

but besides that, its all good

i think the gameplay is perfect but i think it's ridiculas that konami haven't included the stade de france or the santiago bernabau.Know what you mean about scoring but now i think it's easier and the keepers are more realistic.

AI players seem psychic as they know where the ball is going before I tackle the ball off their foot, they turn around faster and regain the ball before you relished the tackle button. Absolutely insane!! Doesn’t really matter what difficulty you play, the fail rate gets bigger with less stars. But perfect through ball like you can play against your friends is nearly impossible against AI player cause they can read your mind. (not really but they can act in a split millisecond)

Next you can play back on your goalie and he stops the ball and even picks it up. Which is a true error!!! There should be given a free kick for that.

Last thing I noticed is that the offside rule in the game is crap. Players who aren’t physically part of the game can’t be offside…!! So you can make a perfect pass and on the other side of the field is still someone coming back from behind the last man and he is given offside while the ball isn’t even coming his way

Dun get me wronge here, the game rocks en is by far, the best playable (not looking) football game on the market.

While we can see he isn't involved by using common sense, a computer doesn't have any common sense so it can't make it too complicated. Plus with the ever-changing offside rule, I think the one implemented is fine and dandy.

Yeah i have to agree with some of the comments made.
I think it's by far the best pro yet!

Some good points that I have picked up.
When an offside goal is scored the players celebrate and peter brackley acts as if it was really a goal then he comments on the linesman having a late flag. I think this is one of the good features on the game.

Also players skills are quite impressive - some of the turns the players can make are just like real life situations and the advantage technique actually works on this one!

Dummies are better on this game and can be really effective. There's a much more bigger difference in big clubs as apposed to small clubs. When I played a match between Chelsea and Portsmouth, you could see that the Chelsea players really stood out and had better technique.

Players recieving treatment and coming back on to the pitch is impressive. The only critism I have about that though is when the player comes back on it is as if he has recieved no treatment and is still injured.

Another critism would probs be the discipline there's not enough red cards for reckless challenges in my view. But i was playing to today and one of the defenders recieved his 2nd yellow for running into the back of me when i was through on goal - which again I was impressed with.

Player graphics are amazing on the popular players and Pires actually luks like the real one!

Which you could change the size of the font for the sponsers on the shirts as well.

But appart from that I think it is the best footie game by far and pro evolution just keeps on getting better and better! Which is amazing but class

TheONLY...drawback is the tearing you get and the framerate drop.

other than that if you patch it it's sheer bliss.

If you watch the Premiership where most of the players are able to place the ball pretty well, shots just miss the keeper, like go through the gap between his arm and leg or go just out of his reach. A lot do actually go in the corner, just not many in the top one.

I think that the Defence are a little por, they don't hold there ground and just wonder off, so you can just do a through ball over the top and if you have a fast player, like Henry or Martins you will more then likely score on a one on one

(ATT-DEF) Manual players have huge advantages over Auto players when it comes to defending....setting your mentality when defending to blue at the right moment stops strikers from latching on to through and balls over the top - passes...

same goes for attack pass the ball and set mentality to attack will most of the time put your striker through

what really shits me is the throw-ins...theyre right about 80% of the time...its just unbelievable you tackle the ball and it bounces of the opposing players legs or hip and they still get the ball...this has happend quite a few times now its just unbelievable its annoying

Yeah, I noticed that from the very first match I played. The pitches bug me, a lot! Although Ithink the gameplay is amazing, I think it is too easy to take it round a player, but at least on PES4, Konami have made a player's speed actually have an effect!

I beg your pardon?
I hate it when you are playing against a mate, you win every 50-50 ball, you totally take the piss the whole game, only to see every fantastically crafted chance go wide, then your mate has one attack (usually a corner) and scores. Bastard.
I wish results went to the better player, as I generally don't put a foot wrong, and usually get punished for the tiniest mistake. It doesn't happen a lot, but when it does my mate gloats, and won't accept the fact he is a jammy get.

This happens a lot to me too. It's sooooooo frustrating. I boil inside sometimes when he scores... I guess he's just the better finisher whilst i'm the better provider. We make a great team playing together though.

It does get frustrating that the goalies pull off some awesome saves, and that corners are a lot harder than before, but the same applies for the comp...it seems to have a hard time with these things too so I guess it balances out. The editing was a pain, but maybe if we didn't have to do it ourselves Konami wouldn't supply us with such a comprehensive edit mode. The "haircuts" you buy in the PES shop are just dumb, but hey, just don't buy them. On the whole, a massive improvement over PES3...I'm pleasantly surprised.

Graphics look good close up, but not so good as you pull the camera back.
Penaltys are sometimes given far too easily.
I really don't like that pitch with the horizontal green and yellow stripes - my eyes can't cope with it.
Can't change commentary names for teams.
No striped shirts.

Yeah, the game is just fantastic apart from one point, 'stumbling'. This happens to me far far to much and it gets so unrealistic, I play a lovely through ball to a striker, he's away, then suddenly the defender chasing him forces him to stumble, but the ref just plays on...it happens to me pretty much every bit of play, well not always..but its really annoying!

I had something sort of like that. When me and my two mates get together to play Pro Evo, we have every set of matches possible. When it was me (good player) VS my one mate (decent) and my other mate (got to finals in league and got an X-Box) they went Real Madrid and I went Manu. They won 2 - 0 but an inch perfect cross was heading wide by (Cristiano) Ronaldo from in front of goal and Rio put what would have been a 3-yard tap in wide. I also hit the post twice.

I felt conned by what for them was a flattering 2 - 0 win.

I've now played a full Serie A league, about 10 exhibitions and the whole of division 2 league and cup in the master league - but I've not seen a single player get sent off.

Is this purely down to luck or have other people found that yellow and red cards are rarely given?
