1. To play a patched game you need a chipped/modded XBOX. To go online you need to turn your chip off. Doesn't look like you'll be able to play patched versions online.

2. You can only play Exhibition matches. The results and leagues etc might be calculated for you or you'll have to do it manually. Don't know yet.

Don't know about the rest.

Wit Pro Evolution Soccer 4 can you Join a league and like just stick wit that team for a long period of time or will it all be customised? Nah it isnt possible to play patched versions online and chipping and modding an x-box is still at quite experimental stages so is not a great move as far to mess around wit your x-box

It is confirmed you cannot play PC and PS2 on-line.
On-line there will be some kind of rating-ladder and you will be able to organize your own tournaments using the LIVE feature. You can also arrange matches by setting parameters and do a search for an opponent who match your parameters.
If you played links 2004 on-line you will have a pretty good picture of what it will be, because it looks a lot like that.

1. You would only be able to play patched versions if official patches where released for pes4 like if konami release content download with updated transfers etc, they wouldn't obviously release real kits as they won't have the licenses

2.Most probably u can set-up ya own tournaments or maybe even teams with each member controlling one player! like having 11 indivdual users v 11 other users - would be hard tho :\

3. No, its out october 15th and nothing been said so no
4. Do you mean system link or online? if system link is available then yes if online then i don't think so
5. As above i reckon you would be able to set-up teams/clans with upto say 25 members each controlling one player

As he asked about on-line, he should know that the XBox-version (the only one which goes on-line) will be released somewhere mid NOVEMBER, not october...

I'm now a proud owner of an Xbox & Xbox Live in readiness for the release of the ultimate soccer game, PES4.

I do sympathise with my fellow PS2 owners who have been dealt a slap in the face. I do say however be strong & not turn the other check but to GET YOURSELF A BLOODY XBOX & STOP WHINING!
