Pro Evo 5: What do you want in the next game?

Fully Licensed Premiership teams with right names and kits.

Licensed Premiership balls.

Premiership Stadiums like the COM,Villa Park,Goodison,White heart lane,Cravan Cottage,Reebok,Riverside, etc.

Proper Advertising boards, the flashing ones at Old Trafford spring to mind, rather then Advertising boards with Vittel on them.

Better atmosphere depending on what kind of game it is, like better atmosphere if its a cup final or derby.

Better celebrations depending on the conditions, if its a last minute goal to win the world cup then there should be wild celebrations.

Last but certainly not least:
A better appearance for Wright-Philips!

Here are my things that would improve Pro Evoultion Soccer5

1. All leagues fully licenced especially the FA Premiership

2. Improved goalkeeping

3. Proper advertising around the ground like nike addias etc

4. New free kick and penalties tech

5. Pitches cut up as the game / season goes on

6. Different types of goal posts and nets

7. New skills

8. Proper commentry get rid of Peter and Trevor

9. Differnet new types of shots

10. A dive button

If these were included we would a brill game

i think they should bring back the create a player mode they used in iss 2000 when you went thru a career with a player,improving them in training and responding to random events, that was best thing about that game

It should have a dive button and different tackling styles e.g two footed. Also things like ball boys that give you the ball when taking a corner. You should defo be able to create your own boot like u can create kits.

This is the first thread I've ever posted. Just wondering what new features, options or improvements people want in the new game.

I think a lot of things can be improved... the commentary!!, the post match player ratings etc.

Thoughts anyone?

able to edit stadiums would be cool - grass type, goal type.
improved goalies - don't just stand there and let goals in.
better celebrations - some of them look a bit gay to be honest
more player reaction to being fouled - retaliation?
better injuries - broken leg, head injuries, pulled hamstring.

i think that if the commentary was more realistic it would make the game far more dramatic and also if they let you control the veiw of the celebrations too.i personaly dont understand why in the master league u get reborn players whos speed and acceleration are at 99 and atack and defence are as low as 50.fukin dumb make things more realistic.

If they put Pires in the game they need to keep it realistis with a dive button!

How is Konami ever going to be able to advertise both Adidas and Nike in the one game??? Just think about it, and is it really that important? There are still little things that need to be adjusted in game play first I reckon.

Yea the penalties should have a power and accuracy bar. And please when you say "different new types of shots" be specific. What do you mean?

having watched the CL Final, I think ground passing as exhibited by Kaka and Alonso could do with a shake up. Passes are at times too straight. that is, the game doesn't allow you to curl a ground pass. Like kaka's pass to Crespo for #3 and Alonso's passing in midfield around Milan players.

Holding 'x' passes to someone further up field, but you can't pick which player up firld you want. Something should be done about this. Madden or NBA Live type pasing maybe?

I dunno, I guess I feel game play should be perfect before we think it's done and dusted. look at FIFA, their graphics are just about spot on with all the liscences and what not. But there game is pure shit

I agree reborn players should be given some random names. Or better still, take the names of 'real' academy and youth team players. you don't need their stats, just take their names. Take their stats if you're keen and you wanna go ulrta hard out.

Please, go ultra hard out.

Brilliant! and another thing.. you should be able to give the keeper "the eyes" to fake where you're going to shoot in a 1 on 1 or penalty situation.. and we really need to have that Di Canio-push-over-the-ref move..

Well did anyone one of u read what igneous44 wrote ? cause im very concerned about a specific issue witch is DOES KONAMI REALLY takes or give any importance to what is sad in forums concerning their game ?

If not than its not a nice thing cause we are the games fans and every one knows that without us they dont gain money.

The point is HOW DO WE GET OURSELF heared ? I wish that we dont just talk over here and our wishes about the game never hit the target were it really matters! so how do we get heared ? E mails ? a letter from all forum ? I think there are some of you that can tell me better cause im new.

As for wishes about the next game i would say that every single person in here is a football fan and a video gamer so im sure everyone of you or amlost have playes SWOS sensible world of soccer, well it was perfect ! it gave the sense of managing a club in the most perfect and way , I would say that SWOS was a soccer encyclopidia.

SO imagine a game with the gameplay of PES and the Career mode of SWOS , including also the option to create custom tournaments like swos did ( you could decide how many groups/ legs every round would contain)

I noticed that this is not only on my mind so the KEY formula would be something like PES + SWOS = SOCCER GOD game

Is that difficult to create ? and if you think so why ?

Well i doubt there will be full inclusion of all licences in the next game but would be cool if there was....

Better Celebrations, such as being able to controll the player maybe. The player going to the crowd....

Fan Reactions....Bottom of the league and you survive going down....fans run on the pitch? Fans running on when you score (Obviously only like 1 or 2 fans when you score and a pitch invasion for massive results)

Shirts Come out from being tucked in...socks get rolled down etc...

Get rid of evertons pitch....

Change the music as it is the most annoying thing...

Leave the stopage time clock on for a bit longer. If it comes on just as the ball is going out of play, you dont always get time to see what it said...

People sat in the dug outs, pref your playes as the stadiums feel empty a lot of the time...

Get rid of the camera men that line as the players come out, they get in the way, have less and ones that actually move to take pictures...

Improve the keeper AI

Kits obviously, pre made logos and stuff is a good idea, even if there made up...

I thought whoever made the in game graphics for PES4 (Such as the team sheet, score board and where the flags are on the pitch) was awful. I think this really spoils the look of the game....

Bring back the chart that shows your league positions within a season...

X box live point system, make it clear how you get points...maybe work on a real league basis. Divisions and stuff....So you can play anyone but you get ranked in your league (If you get what i mean).

Use created teams online...This would make me play it on X BOX live more....however there would have to be some kind of restriction to stop people ceating...

Players make mistakes more, if there dribbiling the ball might get caught up under there feet...

Free Kicks...When you have free kick from the back it can be hard to pick out some one as there all stood still waiting for the ball to come to there feet...

And.....

Being able to "ping" the ball....At the min you can eaither pass along the floor, or high in the air...to sum it up. It would be cool if you could "ping" the ball like 3 or 4 foot in the air to someones feet, chest....instead of it going 10 foot in the air...

Yeah, its worse when its sunny. You actually cant see the ball. t first it was ok cos it was like ah well you know, makes it harder...now its just annoying...

Yeah, things for your stadium would be cool...and if lower league teams are introuduced, or even as an extra like thing to buy in the PES shop, park pitches, sunday league pitches. Thatd be a cool lil extra. Lol without nets and stuff. Just as a lil extra....

How about if you have to start off as an extreme low league team in the master league. "Jumpers for goal posts..." to "European Champions" Maybe summin like that could eb used if you get the chance to change teams and upgrade... That kinda thing

Iv read earlier a post about crowd chants , about this i would say that i dont think its the hardest thing in crearing a soccer videogame to record a specific crowd in a specific country and notice the difference they make when they roaarrrr to a goal orrr buuu to the ref.

So why not having crowd of spanish clubs being different int their chants and roarrr from english clubs supporters or why not have that really annoying sound that russian and ukranian fans do when their clubs are in action ? ( a horn like sound dont know, but very annoying)

Wouldnt that give a whole new dimention to the game ? and i dont think its the hardest work their is for the developers.
