Pro Evo 6 Option File for Xbox 360

Hi, Im new to this Forum so please be nice

I got an Xbox 360 for Christmas which had PES6 with it, I was wondering if an option file containing kits etc is available for the 360 and if so, how do I get it from my pc onto the 360?

That sucks!!! Is there one for PES2008 on the 360? If so, how do I transfer it from my laptop to my 360?
