I was thinking maybe Konami could make a separate game for the BAL mode. Sorry, I'm abit obsessed with the mode :D

Some features that can be included maybe:

-GTA like environment, travel to your training ground or etc.
-Give interviews or comments
-Have reputations
-Money to spend on buying performance drinks or boots maybe
-Girlfriends! :w00t

Well I used to play this game call New Star Soccer and it was quite fun. Thought maybe BAL mode can be more in depth, with PS3 specs, it is possible. What do you guys think? Or am I living in fantasy island?

not a whole seperate game lol, maybe the mode still but they add all that, like a shop for boots and other things. would make it even more fun!

Actually, I also think it should be a lot more detailed, I was a bit dissapointed with the lack of features. It's a great mode as it is, but Konami could've been a little more creative. I don't think we need a GTA like environment, but still:

- introduce morale/confidence instead of condition
- financial situation should have an effect on this, that would make salary more important - getting houses, cars, etc for your money could increase your basic level of confidence
- special offers from sponsors could also aid you financially
- training camps with drills at the start of the season and midseason to change your ratings, either increase or decrease them (with the option to simulate it)
- much more detailed stats for all leagues and cups (you can't even check the goalscorers in the CL Cup final, unless you're involved)
- bigger role of the manager (I don't even know who it is atm)
- sacking of the manager could lead to formation changes, get you back in or out of the starting 11, etc
- media appearances
- tips from the manager - analyzing your playing style and rating to help you improve your performance on the pitch
- random personal life distractions (improving or lowering confidence)

tbh, I don't see why it's not possible along with the current game.

It's getting to the stage now where it would only need:

A slight graphics tweak
Online problems looked at
Bring the old training mode back
Then the rest of the whole year they have to expand BAL massively.

It's definetly possible, but I can assure you Konami won't do it.

I couldn't agree more with u mate & as much as i would love to see all those things implemented onto the next PES i very much doubt Konami could include these features as it would probably take up too much room & would mean something else from the game would need to be sacrificed from the game which would not be good, i think things like personal moral, individual training drills etc would be welcome improvements to BAL but i just dont think it can have that much depth otherwise it would need to be turned into a separate game (as much as that would be great).

I loved the old training modes of older PES games, i definately think this should be brought back.

well if something needed to be sacrificed, get rid of the cups and leagues part, i don't think i've ever used this?

I think it would be an awesome game if the made a little GTA type of environment, just don't do a Joey Barton when in the club! Or a John Carew on Match day!

Also the old training mode would be great, is it me or did everyone love the umbro training challenges? circa pes4?????

I like the pneding the wage aspect, but maybe that could extend to earning a boot deal? Or being the face of Gillette!

This could be the start of something special - Konami take note!!!

Yeh i havn't really played the Leagues or Cups in the game unless im playing with a group of mates but on the whole then yeh this could be scrapped to make way for a much improved BAL mode.

I thought the old training modes were great & if that could be introduced to BAL then i think this mode would be instantly much better.

What I would like is to go on loan to other teams to help get your stats up. Say if Man Utd signed you as a youth but your stats were poor so you couldn't get into the team, they should loan you to other lower league clubs so you could improve and then when your stats increase you can train to get into the 1st team.

Yeh that would make sense, it needs to be tweaked so these little aspects that happen in football can be reflected in BAL.

i was thinking the same things guys but to make it that great i really think it would have to be a seperate game and i think a GTA type game doesn't sound too bad.
because all the other things like having a girfriend or(girlfiends)your eating and training habits,your financial situations etc can have a big impact on your performance on the field.
also if you play well enough than money isn't an issue because your sponsors look after you.
a simple thing like having a sports car or an old car can determine if you are on time for the training.

lol these ideas could just make another game. It wouldn't suit Pro Evo. It would just seem weird being able to drive, have girlfriends. The boot deal sounds good, only if your able to customize it the way you want it. They have to add more things by next year but I can't see what they would add/improve.

Yea maybe I was abit too imaginative. Maybe they could add a few additions to the game.

One aspect Id love to see is more manager to player (and the other way around) interaction.
- Tell the manager if youre unhappy with the position youre currently playing (for which the manager could agree/disagree. As I striker I got used in the midfield a lot in Aston Villa, which was kinda annoying as I already have a CM on another save)
- Ask the manager to be played in a new position (not the same as above - this would be meant for playing a position you didnt sign for)
