Pro Evolution Soccer 2007 in January

i know for sure that there is a PS3 version in the works but am suprised that it wasnt announced.

As WE10 is out there already, this surely means they will either....

1. bring out PES6 soon because it's a World Cup year therefore getting on the free marketing bandwagon like EA (and why not, I wouldn't complain for one)
2. not bring out PES6 and make us wait until January for "Winning Eleven ro Evolution Soccer 2007"

....as I can't see them bringing out PES6 in September/October only to bring out WEES2007 3/4 months later?

Bringing out PES6 for the World Cup would be superb, and - like with "Black" - I'm sure Microsoft would jump to make it compatible for 360 owners.

The game is gonna be called Winning Eleven: Pro Evolution Soccer 2007 internationally, does that mean they'll only release 1 game per year from January onwards?

is the jap version of Winning Eleven gonna change its name in future, cos it'd sound pretty dodgy if it was "Winning Eleven 11"

it means that the january date is for america and maybe japan, no european date was announced. remember that europe always gets pro evo before america.

They pics look shit hot, only one thing usually PES would just come out for PS2 first, they aint mentioned a PS3 version up there so I wonder if it'll just be for the XBOX 360? coz isnt the ps3 ment to be out in November.

That can only mean one thing - that Sony are expecting more delays in getting the PS3 out.

I really hope not. I'm getting a PS3 and if I can never play PES on it I will be devastated! And i'm not buying a 360.

Isn't the PS3 backwards compatible? So why don't you just wait patiently for the Pro Evo on the PS3. You will still have an up to date PS2 version.
