Pro-players: how do you config your team?

Hi,

In the last 10 games, mostly in tournaments, I have faced some dudes with awesome team-work. I play with 4-3-2-1 system and usually I give battle till the end but sometimes, when I face a high-points opponent, I have the feeling their players behave in a different way.

In example, my Arsenal vs Juventus. Juve hasn't fast players but this dude managed to make me 2 goals in the first 10min (play game ofc). Then I tried to work to make a good attack but his defense was always PERFECT, I mean, not even a single hole to pass, his AI players positions were always n the place they should be. In other hand my defense is bullshit, my players left a lot of space for him to make thru-pass or whatever.

Final score was 1-4 for him (my goal was from corner kick lol).

To resum up: I have big problems against good players and I feel the tactic config has a LOT to do on this.

Would the good players share with us, the normal people, their tactics, alineations and so? So before i go crazy I can figure out how do they do to bang my ass so easily with normal teams.

My idea is to play 3CB's, they don't run where they not suppose to, and if u man mark any attacker, they'll usually stick to him like a glue.Also it's good to have a winger, gives you a lot during counter-attacks, but the most important thing is..."DON'T RUSH". Mabe it was me who destroyed your defense? I'm playing Juventus all the time.(I'm not pro-player, but not doing bad)

His defense was the classic 2CBs and 2 wingers, I guess all set to full defense, always in a straight line and he also used a DMF who cut lots of my attacks (I also use one).

I usually try not to rush except when I'm counter-attacking I try to give balls to Walcott or Arshvin (right and left MF attackers, don't know the word in english lol) but every counter-attack was counter-attacked by his defense heh.

I play on PC btw.

I think I will try different defense configs but it's a pity to lose my wingers, Clichy and Sagna attacking, who put lots of ball to the opponent area.
