Have any of you accomplished to sign Neymar,I am playing with Chelsea and I've won Champions League,FA Cup,Super Cup,EPL,everything that can be won,I've won it...And the chances of signing are 1%.The same goes for James Rodriguez...the diference is that with James there are 0% ... Just can't figure it out :shocking: :realmad:

I've got the same problem. I'm on my 6th season aswell and constantly opening negotiation with santos but getting rejected. No reason fo it either. I've got nearly 400mill so moneys not a problem, I'm the number one club and santos are around 25th, but still %2 chance.

It just seems hard and nearly impossible to buy players that are not on the Target list.

A lot of the main players were coming up at 1-2%. Changed Scout, they now come up round the 22-40% mark. Still wont sign for me though.

In my ML,A.C Milan just signed with Neymar from Santos for 54mil. € ...That means that Milan now has 3 best strikers...Pato , Neymar and Hulk,and I am playing with Roma and I will probably play against them(Against Milan) in the next round of Italian Cup(In cup,you get boots,if you're out of the cup,you don't get boots,simple as that)
