Problem with connecting online PC PES2011

Hello ,

I try to play the new (and decent at long last) PC incarnation of my favourite Pro Evo Soccer or PES2011 and have ran into this brick wall/problem: here is a printscreen of the error message

I have tried port forwarding after logging in as SuperUser into my router

This was after having read the following on the Konami site:

I have problems connecting to the online mode of PES.

If you receive an error message that you are unable to connect to the server, it basically means that you have one or more ports blocked on your internet connection. They can either be blocked by your Internet Service Provider, or if you are using a router, modem with router function or firewall software. We cannot recommend the usage of W-Lan or websticks. If you use one of the mentioned devices in order to connect to the internet, please switch to wired connection in order to improve the connection stability and speed. If the Router you are using is compatible with UPnP, please make sure that the UPnP function is enabled. Please disable any firewall/antivirus program on your pc. Also disable the Router?s Firewall function and make sure you the following ports aren't blocked by your ISP (Internet Service Provider) and are open on your router (refer to the Router Manual in order to this): Please also ensure that DMZ is activated. PC: TCP: 80, 44, 4000-4200, 6112 UDP: Auto mode: 5730-5739, 6112 Manual mode: It is possible to set any UDP port number from the "settings.exe" in the Konami Start menu folder. PS3: TCP: 80, 443, 5000-5200, 6112 UDP: Auto mode: 3658, 5730-5739, 6112 *default is 3658 Manual mode: It is possible to set any port UDP number from "Port Settings" menu on the "System Settings" in the PlayStations main screen. Xbox360 TCP: 53, 80, 3074, 6112 UDP: 53,88, 3074, 6112 * based on the Xbox Live port information http://support.microsoft.com/kb/908874/uk?sd=xbox

I still get the same problem with exactly the same error message. Also, on PES forums another guy who is also with O2 is having identical problems to mine (EVERYbody else seems to be ok)

Could someone kindly help me with my connection problem? My system is WinXP SP3, O2 ADSL2+ broadband, O2 Wireless box2, Avira Antivir Free (Although I tried to run the game with antivirus UNINSTALLED - a desperate measure). I have also disabled router firewall- to no avail again. My only other online game -Live For Speed- is working flawlessly :?

Thanks for your time!

don't expect anything...
Konami is like a drugged mother that gives birth and then abandon the child in a dumpster.

Problem is your internet router... I had the same problem with my router until I didn't configured firewall on it. You must to Enable DMZ too. Download this, Connection Checker for "PRO EVOLUTION SOCCER 2011" on PC. In readme file you can find a solution.

And don't disable firewall on ruter, enable it but you must Enable DMZ on, and try to find something like this and uncheck...

Did you ever find a way to solve it?

I'm with the same ISP and in the same position as you, the only difference being that I did have it working before ....

The router used to be in another room, running with another computer on the network. We then moved the phone socket in to this room, where it now runs with my computer instead.

All other games run fine, but the multiplayer on PES 2011, which used to run perfect, when the router was in the other room on a different pc, will only let me do ranked 1v1's now.
