Problem with para_we8.bin

I'm using EditPES4OptionFile to edit my option file for WE8I and create a new para_we8.bin file and I'm using AFSExplorer_3_4 to import the file. As far as I can tell from various tutorials, it seems like I'm doing everything correctly but when I start the game after making these changes there is no text on the "loading option file" screen at the very beginning and it freezes up when "konami" is displayed.

Can someone give me a hint as to what I might be doing wrong? Thanks.

Ive edited pes4 using Editpes4optionfile, and it worked ok, but i didnt need AFSExplorer

I don't have any problems editing the option file, but you have to create and import a para_we8.bin file to use the edited rosters in the master league mode. That's where I'm having my problems.

I too am interested in how to do this. There's a tutorial link on another thread but the link is dead.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
