Problem with resizing emblem

I used this guide to create the Liverpool emblem, and I followed it exactly BUT it's come out absolutely tiny. There's no way if I redid I could enlarge it..so is there a way to resize an it? I might be missing something really obvious :p but any help is welcome! Thank you!

Are you sure you did it right? It looks like you just add the right colour to each pixel and that large grid should be of the right size?

Cheers, I kindaaa sorted it... For some reason I'd picked 16 colours instead of 128, so I redid it and resized it in change layer.

Don't know what's got into me, I don't normally mess about with all this editing!
