Problems downloading new Patch! Help!

I a big fan o BAL. Over ten seasons now. I havent had any problem downloading patches upto now. I have downloaded the patch twice. When I login to Legends servers I still see version 1.0.0.3 . It tells me it should be 1.0.0.4.

When I go into rooms I am not able to other rooms as versions are different.

I have downloaded and it has installed immediately after. Am I missing something?
