problems with the face scan in master league

i scan my face and everything is fine but when i start up a master league game, the faces that have been scanned in are all black generic, how do i solve this problem???

You can't edit created players once you start your Master League. You have to create a player then sign him. I tryed to change the face on one of my created players and I got the same result. Black Generic player with no face. Once you create a player...other than his player skills, all of his cosmetic attributes are permanent. I decided to drop the player, create a new one, then sign him. The black generic player sits in limbo. I changed the original created player to the default setting, in case another teams signs him, there won't be a black ghost running around the pitch.
