Program to extract/compress bin files

Hey everyone

Could someone recommend me a program for editing the bin files which are inside the img files? I've tried GGS but can't figure out how to actually update the bin files. I can extract them fine, but simply cannot work out how to keep the changes I make.

What I'm trying to do is to import team emblems into the relevant bin files but can't find a program to do this. Ultimately I'm trying to update the Championship patch to give an updated Premiership and Championship with updated transfers etc.

just use GGS, you dont need to save. It saves automatically
