where can I find promising player in the master league? are they only in the freelance? or Somewhere else? and how can I improve their level?

They are only in freelance. And they are only sometimes there.
The players with a plant icon next to them.

You improve their level by playing them in lots of matches and going to the 'Team Management' section and it is the bottom right option, 'Training Promising Players'.
You spend your 'money' to improve their stats and give them special abilities. But you can only improve them for a limited time.
May be better to play them in friendlies too.

(These are the menu titles for the English option)

training promising players is really pointless because:

1. to begin with their stats are shite and you have to sacrifice
a good player so he can play.

2. you can only train them for half a season meaning their stats won't be that good when compared to the best players in the game.

3. teams won't buy them of you, so you can't sell them to make some money.

I heard someone trained a promising player till they had 99 for Speed, Dribble and Dribble speed making him a fairly decent winger.
I don't think anyone would be able to catch him and if his passing was decent he could get in a lot of assists.

It may be cheaper than buying a classy player and it could be something to do with a feeling of achievement, like bringing through your own Wayne Rooney or whoever.

Promising players are qualiy. I have two in my team for extreme master league and they are both wicked. I have a winger that has 99 accelaration, speed and ball speed aswell as a wicked cross and a unstopable shot.
I also have a new striker i am reacently ungraging. He is almost top on all the accelaration, speed, ball speed around 99 98 or 97. He has a shot ac or 98 shot power of 99 and shot tech of 95 or 98. His passing is average like alot of strikers but who needs to pass when he can score like that.

i have 2 in my team, Eliot and Piliniak. both have full stats for speed and dribbling etc but there other stats are all in the 40's and 50's. They make good substitutes when you need a it of pace upfront to get a vital goal.

If you play promising players for 30 games (irrespective of fitness) you can max out their stats quite easily once you have a decent team around them. Play MFs and FWs as a 2nd striker. DFs as a SB. Pretty soon you can have an amazing player for nowt. The other thing is that the game doesn't get rid of promising players on a regular basis. So the 1st promising player stays there until you buy them... so you can build a good team first. I am trying to get a full team of promising on each level of ML.

Isn't there a limit? Once i get 6 or 7 no more ever appear. All are best players in the game tho!

Dunno... I haven't got that far. I actually got rid of 2 cos I didn't know all the parameters for beefing them up. But I think KCET have to look at this as it could really add a whole new dimension if properly developed.
