Ok... I bought Petipa (and the sh*thead Leibniz) and have played 9/10 games with them and I am still bumping up their stats so I honestly don't know, GFK :-(

Gollan, go to where you normally buy players and it's pg 3 (oo-er!) under the "Growth" section.

Shame I will sell Petipa. I dont know if its mentioned before, but the level your are playing (the stars) is also on influence how many points you get for promising player.
For example I bought Petipa, played a game with him on 4 stars, scored one goal. I got about 35 points I guess. After that game I played a game on 1 star scored 8 goals! And I just received 40 points! So its definately on influence which level your playing.

That seems fair because if you got the same amount of points no matter what difficulty you play on, people would just change down a few levels to get maximum points.

i didnt say that wasnt fair. But Im seeing your point. It would definatley be unfair if you would get the same point with the same prestation on a differnt level. I forgot to mention that in mine post.

i played in cup modes and players dun get as much improvement as when playing in the league.... imagine as a young player... u played well in the WEFA Championship and in return... u dun improve as much as in the league where u r playing @ a lower level... strange isn't it??? Konami mentioned abt more realistic growth system for the master league didn't they???????
