This is the original post that I was referring to when I mentioned the version for WE:pES 2007. That post was in mid-March of last year (because WE:pES 2007 didn't come out in N. America until then). I didn't come across it until a few months ago... I read the thread from start to finish, so that is how I found it. ;-)

It takes time and effort to convert an OF, and of course this is done in their spare time, so if pategato and Leichtspeed decide to convert the updated PES 6 file to WE:pES 2007, they'll post it here... but keep in mind that they may be working on other OFs too.

Considering the similar case (for we North American gamers) of the P&G ultimate OF: P&G are not doing this season's updates themselves (hence the title, "ultimate" = "last", "final"), but others who have the time and ability are doing updates, and course crediting them for the original work.

I'd be happy to see an updated Titch's British OF (07/08 season) converted to WE:pES 2007, and it will be worth the wait if it does come out, but I won't be too disappointed if it doesn't happen.

I'm ok with playing "classic" versions of the game--I still have WE 7 and 8 (PES 3 and 4)! And even better, I was able to find good OFs for WE 8, even now. So having the "92" for the 06/07 season is still pretty cool! And instead of selecting the default league, I can always run a "custom" league to have the correct 18 (or 24) teams--barring Dag & Red and Morecambe for League Two ;-)

What will be new in the update? I loved playing this option file last year. Willl it just be new kits and players, or promoted teams etc. #and when do you reckon it will be released?

Not sure when it'll be out though.
