You're welcome.

With D4v0r's editor you can:
- edit players' stats
- create an option file
You can't:
- edit players' faces
- create a patch to be applied to the game's image

In any case, I suggest you to read the guide in the editor itself.

but the problem is with this editor i can only edit file bin or img file not the files ont he pes 2012 dvd? so what now??please help me out i have downloaded editor but now i dont know which file contains stats and these things

I would really like to help you but I have no idea about the content of the PES 2012 dvd and the collocation of an option file on it.
Maybe you can ask to Omawa or any other patcher (but without spamming, as you've done here).

oh im really sorry i didn't mean it i just wanted to ask that you are all talking about option file i have downloaded it omawas and i have downloaded editor as well but after edit its format is *.max??? so is it option file or do i have to convert?

Don't worry mate, it's ok.
Well, the MAX file is the option file itself. Now you need to bring it on your memory card.
If you don't know how to do it, just search for a tutorial here on PesGaming or on the web. If I do remember well, Dany300 has even posted a tutorial on YT.
