i noticed that theres no difference in the player speed...it feels the same when im using barca's lionel messi or xavi...both of them can run and dribble with the ball equally fast...cannot be anything wrong with my dvd rite...does anyone experienced that too?

The game does feel a little fast but to say that both Messi and Xavi are just as fast as each other is an exaggeration to say the least.

All I've noticed is that the dribblers like Messi and Ronaldo can move past players very easily more so than in older PES games. Different players all have different speeds though which is still noticeable.

What i find annoying is when im running down the wing with a developed odonkor with dribbling speed at 95 he seem barely able to get away from poor-average CB's. Wtf. And when i do get past them i feel the defending is very scripted as no matter what angle i come at the goal the defenders always seem to get into me or cut me up.

Nah, i can feel the defferent between ronaldo and park even fletcher who is slow compared to the first 2.

Must be the way you play or not using the sprint/dribble/knock on the ball effect to maximum efforts.

keep tapping RT when on the wing to kick the ball ahead, you run faster than just sprinting with the ball
