You must take the ENGOF. V1.1 by kratos82PES2011ARC.max file and than you only need a Max Drive DvD and must do it like in this video:

Can I insert a file ENGOF. V1.1 by kratos82PES2011ARC.max to MC (memory card) using ulaunch or code breaker?

@puguhandhi you need to use PS2SaveBuilder to extract the max file and then move it to your PS2 with ulaunch.
