i think it will but you need software so the ps2 to understand what it is, thats why it is easier to buy a maxdrive or xport. there not expensive, get it for xmas off someone!

so how do you use two patches together?

i burned the option bincue file onto a cd using both nero (12x The Lowest) and dvd decrpytor (1x) but when i boot the cd it cant work ? I tried before booting we8 option file it works for me but why not pes4?

You only need to use one patch (unless there are also updates for that patch released - which you appy straight after the first one, on the image of the game).

Otherwise you need to get a clean image of the game and apply the different patch to it.

By now, we all know that option files are not patches, don't we

Apologies if I sound stupid, but I still don't get it. I used the first option file which has all the wonderful kits edited, I downloaded that about 2 months ago. Now, I downloaded version 2 and all the kits are back to default. Does this mean that I shouldn't use option file v2 and just stick to v1?

tis option file is tweaked by zygalski and co so that it could be used wit the janboyo patch tat some of us, like me, use...if u want the pesfan V2 original version then go here http://forum.pesinsight.com/showthread.php?t=17027

But how do you use both? I have a max drive.

This file is for the patched version of the game. As stated in the first post.
If you don't have a patched version, use the original file.

there isnt you would have to patch the game itself.

Is this Option-File with the newest Nike-ball (Yellow and Bleu) and are there adboards (amstel, mastercard). And are all the newest shoes in it? (Nike, adidas)

Ronaldo-9, this is an OPTION FILE. It does only take care of transfer and player details. To get those ads, balls, boots etc, you must download the patch files and patch your PES4, as stated/explained above and in MANY other pages & threads. And yes, this is for the PS2 version.
