It's a mix of several Option files :
PESFAN V2, Ultimate PES v60 and Weamerica v3

I do this mix because all others wasn't complete for myself.
Try it and give me your opinions.

Yes they are ALL for PS2. As long as you have a max drive or x-port or modded PS2.

I tried to use this option file on winning eleven 9 which just came out today in the US but it didn't work, is there anyway I can convert it to a we9 option file?

The red link contains both versions in max drive as well as x-port format.
Alternatively you can convert it yourself using the program in this thread:

It comes up as a .RAR file when i download it and then when i put it on the Max Drive it doesn't come up when its plugged in to the ps2. Haven't got a clue what to do...can anyone help?
