[PS2] & [PSP] JoeH's PES 2009 Option File V4.1 - Now with Bin/Cue!

I have edited Menez, Gourcuff and some other Bordeaux players like Wendel.
Best to move PSV and Ajax over PES United and WE United's original places.
I think they are occupied by Stuttgart and Werder Bremen at the minute.
So when you overwrite PSV, you will need to add a new Dynamo Kiev emblem in, as you can't assign emblems to licensed teams unless they are custom emblems.
Unfortunatley, you will have to do the Dynamo Kiev kit again.
I reckon you should leave two Eredivise teams on the game. You should leave AZ, and Feyenoord I think, as they have the best squads, although NEC are in the UEFA cup. It's up to you.
When you start a Ukrainian league, don't select Eredivise as it will include the other Dutch teams. Instead select World Super League and then you can choose 16 teams instead of the fixed 18.
.xps means x-port, using an x-port to put the OF onto PS2, and .max means using max drive to put it onto PS2. The editor can easily make both of these types so you can host them for people to download.

It's impossible to make Dynamo kit using in-game editor, it's no parts for it. But maybe better leave PSV and Ajax and move AZ and Feyenoord to other leagues (I think I better replace licensed ones of Shakhtar and Dynamo, because I like German teams in game)?
And about the editor, how to quckly move team formation, players with stats, and other fron one team to anothe (I need to move your Metalist from other leagues to Eredevise).

If you move them dutch teams over Shakthar and Dynamo, you will need two further emblems (for the dutch teams). Because even though their emblems are on the game, they cannot be assigned using in-game or the editor, unless you make them over non-licensed teams.

I have done more transfers, the ones I know. But I am sure I haven't done them all, you have any more for me tagtog?

till now i didn't start any thing and i think i will add only one team it will be el zamalek and i want to complete the Egyptian national team with the new players and may be some African teams also
but please don't forget to tell me before you release the next version to tell you the new things about el ahly
