[PS3] EDIT PES 2015 cpk files

Hi guys,
I'm creating a patch changing the cpk files of PES. I was able to edit the file to change dt15.cpk team logos and competitions without problems. The problems came when I tried to add the kit to the file dt34.cpk.
This is what I did:

- I downloaded the Arsenal kit. With the program "Pro Evolution Soccer 2014 Kit Set Manager" I created the file 101_DEF_1st_realUni.bin (101 is the ID of Arsenal).

- I unpacked the file with dt34.cpk "CriPackedFileMaker" in a folder. I entered the kit file folders "team" and "texture" and then I rebuilt the cpk with the settings:
Align Data 2048
File Mode Filename
Mask directories information

- I copied the new file into the PS3 and start PES. When I go to Edit the kit is all white, but the numbers and font are ok.


Where did I go wrong?

PS. Yes, I have a ps3 with CFW, but I have the original PES. Sorry for my bad english.

Do you have to jailbreak the ps3 or something like that for this to work or can you do this without jailbreaking?

Yes, I have the jailbreak. Something can be done without the jailbreak modifying the dlc's files. Like the PES Style Patch HD on Xbox360. I'll see what I can do.

i'm trying to edit the teams and competitons names also but i still dont know how to do it

To change the name of the teams have to work on the DT10 (the one containing the database files). We need to work with a HEX editor but even there I could not reach my goal. It will be the next step after solving the problem of the kit.

I found it, you have to decryt(UnZlib) the bin files with PES Edit-Crypter 1.2(but first change the option on the lower left to input format:console, you can then see the names in the new file and edit with hex editor, when done encrypt with the Zlib option again, but havent tested yet

I think i found why it isn't working, we are trying to modify the Team.bin from dt10.cpk but the datapack 1.00 as that file and so it is loaded from that datapack instead and doesn't read the one we modified

UPDATE:
i just tested and it works, the problem was that, the datapack as coach.bin and team.bin, i tried to change the name of portuguese national team manager(wich can not be edited ingame) because i had already changed is image, here is a pic

nice work, i just noticed something, you edited ARSENAL FC.. name on the team.bin?

just want to give you a tip so that you avoid having the dots just as you now have on the name of the arsenal.

In this image you can see how you must have it edited, but there is something wrong, as you can see the blue higlighted rectangle? it as 2E 2E, you need to put empty bites

to fix that you must replace 2E 2E for 00 00 just as the image below shows, if you don't do it there will be dots all over the team names because you havent done that, do not use your keyboard dot button to replace letters or the dots will show .

Yes, it was my mistake double dot. Man I can ask you a favor? Were you able to find these png?

I want to insert the flag of Germany instead of that of Europe, and change the name from League PEU in GERMANY. But I can not find that file overs these flags.

We understood each other badly. I mean what is evidenced in WHITE not in RED.

I have another problem man, the numbers in the shorts are in the wrong leg and the names of the teams in the back of tedesce are not down. Where can I change these settings? In edit mode obviously does not.

Couldn't find it on the flags folder and neither on emblemLc, don't know where it is, i have to search.

For the other problem i have no idea

i'm talk about the Inter kit...totaly different from the real...
