Wouldn't exporting the Bundesliga teams then downloading the dlc then importing said teams back solve the problem?

that is what I am planning on doing. I think it has to be right. Then I will re-import all Championship and MLS if need be.

Well tbh I'm not doing it till someone else does it. No way am I being the guinea pig on this one. I've spent to much time already editing player appearances in the Bundesliga for it to be all messed up.
YES! It will solve the problem: export before the DLC, then import back in. However, you will have duplicate slots of png's saved to your OF. If you do not plan to upload it I think it won't be a problem.

will that actually work though? besides additional pngs wont you also run into the problem of duplicate players throughout the game?
I guess it would work long as the teams overwrite the fake players for the fake teams in those spots, which could explain why my championship teams arent that messed up

wont it also create a duplicate player for national team members that should be a part of a bundesliga side? For instance say cherundolo for hannover, wont it createa duplicate cherondolo rather than transfer over the national team player?

I bit the bullet and downloaded the dlc and applied the datapack and so far I have not noticed anything has been messed up. Do not want to get any hopes up but so far so good. Would check it out more but I have to go coach my shitty 8th grade american football team.

As far as I can see nothing but I am not familiar with Bundesliga teams and personel. The only players I know about are the ones on Bayern Munich and it looks unaffected. Also do not think it messed up emblems or kits.

Hmmm if you could do me a big favor take a look at a well known team like Borussia Dortmund, are players like Gotze, Kagawa, and Owomoyela still on the squad?

I checked and they are not on the squad after the update. Barrios was missing too.

Hmmm I figured in game players for non in game teams would be removed. The real question I guess is for teams made entirely of fake players take
