I cant get online on pro evo 08 on my ps3 because my code doesnt work - this is probably because the game is preowned, is there anyway to reset the code so i can use it or get a new code?

Nope, you should however make a complaint at the place you bought your game, or if you got it from a friend, ask them to give you the code.

i had the same problem with pre-owned pes, only one person can register/logon to the network mode per disk. took mine back the next day seeing as it cost me £30 for whats basically half a game
