PS3 option file problem

Hi,

I'm having huge problems getting my option files from my usb stick to my ps3. the ps3 keeps saying there are no files when i go to save data utilities and then check the usb. I havew made the PS3 file with a SAVEDATA file inside but this doesn't help http://www.pesgaming.com/images/icons/frown.gif

Hello alasden, this is my first message, so bear with me.

the file you downloaded, open it with win rar, and theres a folder inside. inside that folder, select all the files and drag them into the savedata folder you have just made. if you get me?

then plug the usb stick in the ps3, and find the save game utility and select usb, and there the files should be. press triangle and copy them to your hard drive!!! and there you go!!!

any problems let me know!!!

i have tried putting every file and every folder in every folder and it could not find any files anywhere. i can see the folders the save files are in when i look through videos, pictures or music but not if i go through save game utility. i have, however managed to copy ps2 save data from one ps3 to another. so in short i'm f***ing confused.

hes the proper explination. i have taken this from a diff part of the forum i have mentioned this.

you must creat two folders "PS3" in side that "SAVEDATA" you drag the edit data file into savedata n then the kits you want, you must have the big four home kits.

you go into aston villa home for example n drag the folder not the actual aston villa folder.

check everything is in order n then plug it into your ps3. you should see your usb in the ps3 if you have done exactly that you shouldnt get corrupt data n you should see them all as saves that you copy.

oops just melted my usb stick when I connected up the wires the wrong way round on my pc. don't suppose this will work with a cd-rw?

i didn't fully understand this but tried as best i could. still no luck. however i did workout a simple way round this if anyone else has the same problem.

delete any PS£ folder you have made on the usb stick. now put your usb into the playstation 3 and copy your pro evo data onto the usb. now when you put the usb into your pc, the playstation will have created the folders for you.
