I know there are 4 teams already in game (Vegalta, Urawa, Sanfrecce and Kashiwa); now I've found the others and I need to find all the logos. I'm gonna take logos from 7oy's full file.

Sorry in advance, I know I cannot shout but...I DID IT! I put J.League into Paul's OF!! It's all perfect, no problems. The only missing thing that I had to do is to create the emblems, which has been easy: Wikipedia page of each team, save image of the emblem, resize it to 320x176 pixels, save into PS3 and then import!

I found them on a forum.
The pack contains all the 14 missing teams, including the newly promoted ones (Gamba Osaka, Tokushima Vortis & Vissel Kobe), that along with the 4 already in the game (Sanfrecce Hiroshima, Kashiwa Reysol, Vegalta Sendai & Urawa Red Diamonds) will let you create J. League.
They've made by Muta.
i didn't know how to do that either, just look some videos on YT and you'll be fine as i did. it's not that difficult

My intent was not to upload it as my work and I really didn't know that it was "forbidden" to publish it: I picked that link from the 1st page of a forum and I thought there was no problem about downloading it.

It's not so much forbidden more just me protecting my work as well as respecting the work of others who have contributed as well as the work of the people involved in making the J-League teams.
Like I said if people want it then they can PM you & you can arrange to send it to them

Yeah, I understand your point of view: indeed, I'm not a man who takes advantage of other people's work without first asking and then thanking for the eventual consent. Therefore I'll always support you in this kind of things
However, now that I've put J. League, along with all the emblems (I overwrote ISL emblems with J. League ones), the only thing I'll have to do when DLC or one of your updates comes is to just re-import teams? Or maybe I'll also have to reinsert each and every emblem?

Thanks for understanding mate, if you export the teams with the emblems included then you will be able to import them with the emblems each time

Well Paul, I've just finished the imports of Muta.
The only missing thing is 2014 kits and transfers: teams are not updated.
Now I saw that Muta's finished the new J. League, updated at 2014, and we've to pay for his work.
Since I took this pack without permission, I cannot be angry or disappointed: the only thing that makes me upset is the fact that someone who claims to work for everybody, now works under payment.
I understand why he did it, but in the end it's just a game...a game we bought for a lot of euros, dollars, etc.
