how is possible to change the name of national or licensed teams?, I changed it normally and still appear the same in the ps3.. brestois -> monaco, lebanon -> tahiti, ???

hi there!

i just tried several times to apply the 6.00 patch by Micha17Widzew to an 5.00 PS3 option file using the DLC_changer. but i always get a "The Data is corrupted" error message when PES 2013 is trying to load the patched Edit Data.

what i did:
1.) decrypted the DATA.BIN from the freshly downloaded PS3 Edit Data (DLC 5.00 compatible) with the PES 2013 Decrypter 1.0 included in the zip by Micha
2.) converted the decrypted DATA.BIN (PS3) to an EDIT.bin (PC) with the Pes 2013 Multiconverter v1.4
3.) started the DLC_Changer.exe, put the save folder where my EDIT.bin is located and loaded the unnament_3001.bin and unnament_3002.bin files. Then I selected 6.00 in the "Database" box and hit the button "Apply and Save".
4.) converted the EDIT.bin back to an DATA.BIN with the Multiconverter.
5.) moved the just created DATA.BIN over "Encrypt" in the Decrypter tool and finally copied the DATA.BIN on the flashdrive and put in on the PS3
6.) Edit Data Loading... The Data is corrupted (80029207)... damn!

alternatively i used the BruteForce Save Data tool to decrypt and encrypt the files... still the same problem.

has anybody managed to get this working? did i miss anything? thanks for the help, mix

interesting, when i took a DLC 6.00 compatible option file (that works just fine) through this whole process of decrypting, converting to PC, back to PS3 and encrypting again (no DLC Changer this time) it also gets corrupted... so it seems the DLC Changer is not the source of the problem. might be Multiconverter... any clues?

Maybe download the the tools again as there may be a issue with one of the programs.

I redownloaded the tools and also switched to the newer Bruteforce Save Data 3.8.15. Sadly with little success. The only step forward is that now I am able to decrypt, convert and encrypt 5.00/6.00 Edit Datas without corrupting the files in the first place. So that issue seems to be solved.

But as soon as I apply the DLC Changer patch (DLC 6.00) the error message while loading the Edit Data reappears. The only difference is that it changed from "The Data is corrupted (80029207)" to "The data is corrupted." :erm:

After around 20 tries I'm runing out of ideas...

Ok, I just tried to load the patched and converted 5.00 PS3 Edit Data on a PC with DLC 6.00 installed. It works. So the DLC Changer is not the issue. The problem must be somewhere in the re-encrypting or converting back to PS3 format.

But it makes no sense because I can decrypt, convert and encrypt 6.00 PS3 Edit Datas without a hussle. They can be loaded on the PS3 afterwards. Only when I take the 5.00 Edit Datas through the whole process they always end up corrupted... :crymore:

  1. Not decrypting before converting back to a PS3 file
  2. Not encrypting the file once it is a PS3 file again

Are you sure you are doing both, I have converted my file to use the wild editor 100's of times & I still sometimes forget to do one or the other ;)

So you are saying that the DLC Changer encrypts the EDIT.bin after the patching? Like the W!ld Editor does after saving? Just to let you know, I never open the EDIT.bin in the W!ld Editor which does encrypt the EDIT.bin after saving. That would mean I have to decrypt it once more with the decrypter.exe before converting it back to a PS3 EDIT.BIN? And after that the DATA.BIN gets encrypting again with the Bruteforce tool?

This is what I do in the Bruteforce tool once i get the patched DATA.BIN: Encrypt PFD > Verify PFD > Rebuild

So what I am asking is to all fellow pesgamers has anybody been able to edit all the licensed teams so the kits can be updated? I ask because I really want to edit the national teams kits in the game. I think being able to update these kits brings a freshness to the game.

If anybody has would they be willing to share their work with me?

Somewhere in here are a couple of videos I made on using these tools. Basically once you get your file into the wild editor all you need to do is click the X on the team page & it unlinks the kit so you can edit it like any other kit.

If you can't find the videos I will try to point you in the direction as I know I show how to do it in at least one of them ;)
