V2 Release Notes

This will be one of, if not the most edited file around. I've added in below some of the new stuff, but for clarity I'll type some stuff about it The big changes you'll notice are every player name has been corrected and they have been changed to lower case letters. This looks so much neater. For fans of Morton and Raith Rovers, then you are in for a treat as they have been added which brings the Scottish quota up to 18. This fits in perfectly with an 18 team second division in the master league and a 20 team top division so an England/Scotland Master league will now be fully possible. Speaking of Master League, Bayern Munich have been moved out of Other Leagues B and into Other Leagues A along with VFL Wolfsburg. They go in over Amkar Prem and Dynamo Moscow. This allows them to be active in your ML which is especially good if you set your 5 leagues up like me: British League, Ligue 1, La liga, Seria A, Eredivise and then all the other teams in Other Leagues A participating in the CL and Europa League. Some changes to the Scottish clubs are, some of the kits have been updated, some players have been added as well as some player faces.

Hacker's on the ball
A computer boffin has hacked top-selling footy game PES 2010 so fans can play as their favourite Scottish teams. The official hit game only includes Celtic and Rangers. But the mystery hacker worked every SPL team and some First Division sides into the PC and Playstation 3 versions. Files downloaded from the internet change team names, strips and faces to match Scots players. An industry insider said "You have to admire the work the hacker has put in. He has got the strips bang on." Developer Konami said they do not condone copyright infringement.

mate are u going to ignore my post,as i've said u need to fix the black strips on dundee united's away kit as u have far to many,also dundee united don't have that badge anymore they use the centenary badge

When do you expect to release v3(?) that is compatible with today's update from Konami? {I guess lots of things were screwed today... unfortunately}

Please let me know, as I can't wait to finally start my decent ML!

I'll update the badge for the new version. The kit has been correct since V1 though. The pics on page 1 are ancient.

Update 2.1. is out. Just needing confirmation that it works

Here’s what to do.
1. On PES Download Konami’s update first
2. Quit PES and copy V2.1 onto your ps3.
3. Load up PES and see if it works. To check if it has copied correctly, go to Hull city and check if Vennegoor is written in small letters.

Hi. Great option file. I'm having issues with v 2.1 though. Have downloaded it onto USB stick but ps3 doesn't see any files on it. What should folder structure be on USB stick and what should I actually see to copy over? Thanks martin

It should be:

MEMORY STICK----> PS3---->SAVEDATA---->BLES.......

V2.1 is a stand alone file. download V2 for all of the kit details and faces etc.

Alright buddy love your option file some fine work indeed have only got the first version and was going to download the second version but thought i would ask if there was any possibility of getting Ross County on there would love some highland derbys in my master league.

I downloaded this last night and I must admit, this is some pretty impressive work!! I've been waiting for somebody to the the little letters job for ages and you've nailed it! Kits look amazing, all teams are all spot on!

Perfect option file!
Also seems a little harder (not sure if thats because of the update?), I played 4 games on professional and could hardly get hold of the ball!

another good idea would be to put all keepers ability up to the 80's and keeper skills up by +5 as done before in another file, makes the keepers so much better, even if they spill a shot they'll get back up and pounce on it!

Overall though matey I love it! Top, Top work!
