I managed to sort it by reverting league structure to default, premier league and classic team. I'm not sure which is the problem so I suggest to revert Barclays premier league first and if it didn't work revert the classic one.

i have pes 2013 with italian language. probably EUROPE CD i have update 6.0 and 1.4 i make everything but i dont see classic club. ??

..hey :)
i´ve downloaded the patch and installed it.
looks fine, i thought.. after editing some teams for my master league i wanted to check the kids of my team (ManUtd).
-> no longer the original kits.. okay maybe ´cause of the patch.
i had a look to the Liverpool kits and and saw these kits mixed with the Fulham ones.
Almost every team has this problem.. Dortmund with Hoffenheim from the Bundesliga for example.
