PS3 Update - Noob Question

I'm running version 1.01 of the UK PS3 PES 2011 game. I'd like to update the teams, badges, etc. prior to starting a Master League. There seems to be a couple of update files available. So my questions are:

1. Which one of the update files is better?
2. How do I do the update (instructions seems to be missing from both threads)
3 Should I wait until after the data update on Tuesday?

i would do it after Tuesday yes. But choose the GTM Option File if you want Championship teams too for a Master League. The GTM file out at the mo is for European version of pes (21)(take a look at the spine of the game case for the code) The UK version is (20) which GTM is now working on and will be here in a few days or so.

All you have to do is download it from the links on here, Get a usb stick, copy the file to your usb stick. On the usb stick you need to create a folder called PS3 then inside that folder another one called SAVEDATA this will probably already be done for you via the download but just in case you do have to create your own folders do it in CAPTIALS.

Copy the files to your PS3 by scrolling to your usb and click copy.

All you gotta do then is boot up your game and click LOAD via the game.

ive done everyting right but its not letting me download to the right usb spot, above data utility, it just saves on photo, any suggestions, pes2011 ps3 us version blus
