Don't kid yourself. The graphics on PS3 will look horrid. Grass on the pitch won't even render. Konami says, "Love the Past, Play the Future." They meant it. It's time for an upgrade, people. Start smashing those piggy-banks.
Hi I can't fully answer your question but I'm pretty sure there will be differences.
On 2015 PS3 There are no cut scene at start of a match. I.e. The players walking onto the pitch, lining up for anthems etc. However, in 2015 it WOULD have these intro for say CL final or Europa league final.
On 2016 demo it was still missing so I assume it's the same as last year. I guess the reason it is missing is down to loading time.
I've tried really hard to find out what PS3 is missing, contacted PES and the Bhatti man but have had no response.
Poor really, it's similar to a car company advertising a car with top specs but not telling anyone what the lowers spec model has till they receive the car.

No, but there are plenty of other great PS4 games to enjoy! :happy:
If you're not planning to buy PS4 games, probably not. Or in other words, if you have a big PS3 collection and you barely buy ps4 games, stick with your PS3.
Having said that, I think at this point it's safe to assume that developers will stop giving support or writing code for old consoles. There is much more you can do on new consoles and is much more expensive for a company like Konami or EA, keep releasing for PS3 and ps4. Happened with PS2 at some point; it will surely happen with PS3 as well.
